THE POWER OF CHANGE IS WITHIN USTHE CENTRAL ASIAN CLIMATE EDUCATION ALLIANCE
The Central Asian Climate Education Alliance – TsAKO (in Russian, Центральноазиатский Альянс Климатического Образования – ЦAКО), which was formed by representatives of education and climate/ environmental organisations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, in Almaty, in May 2023.
TsAKO’s goal is to work together regionally to secure national commitments to, and begin essential preparation for, the effective implementation of compulsory education for climate change, ecology and human security across the education sectors in our four Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
